Every house in need of painting is different and must be estimated on an individual bases. We take into account the condition of the existing paint job and your desires as to color or whether you want a complete or partial job.

xThis is what you would typically see on our estimates for an exterior paint job:

• Power wash all surfaces to be painted.
• Remove all loose paint and prepare all surfaces.
• Prime all bare spots or a complete primer as will be indicated on your proposal.
• Putty and caulk as needed.
• Apply one coat of paint in desired colors and finish to all painted surfaces.
• We use only top quality materials. The specific materials to be used will be discussed with and approved by the owner.
